Anil is a dynamic and inspiring leader, recognised for his enthusiasm and commitment to growth. With dual master’s degrees in business management and accounting, as well as a Real Estate License, Anil brings a wealth of knowledge across multiple disciplines.
With 15 years of industry experience Anil has facilitated property transactions totaling over $5 billion, underscoring his exceptional skills and market acumen.
As the manager of multiple Ray White offices, he leads a talented team, ensuring the delivery of top-notch service and professionalism.
Outside his flourishing career, Anil enjoys traveling with his wife and children, exploring new cultures and experiences. A skilled cricket and snooker player, he also has a keen interest in cars and often engages in automotive hobbies.
Anil believes that hard work and passion are the cornerstones of success. He instils these values in his team, encouraging them to "exceed expectations" and dream big. Anil's motivation, expertise, and vibrant personality make him a valuable leader and an indispensable asset to SalesxWise.

Mark’s journey into real estate followed five successful years in finance, where he advised clients on investment strategies and earned recognition for his sales and communication skills. With a background in finance, accounting, and management from Monash University, he quickly advanced to Sales Manager, driven by a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a deep understanding of the market.
Mark has built a reputation for his ability to spot and showcase a property’s best features, skillfully guiding owner-occupiers and investors in achieving their property investment goals. His greatest accomplishment is the growth of his loyal client base, a testament to his commitment to fostering lasting relationships.
When he's not working, Mark enjoys spending time with his kids and is a passionate cricketer, actively participating in several clubs and proudly embracing his role as a “self-proclaimed cricket guru.”

Harry Batra brings over 45 years of global business experience, having led fashion, production, and retail ventures across Australasia and Europe. He has successfully managed large international teams and worked with major global brands.
An avid property investor, Harry also holds extensive experience in property development across Australasia.

HEAD OF SALES
Prashansa Prashar is a dynamic real estate professional with 7 years of comprehensive experience in buying and selling properties. In addition to this, Prashansa is a licensed estate agent with a reputation for being highly professional and ethical. She is always eager to learn new skills and stay updated with the latest trends in the real estate sector, driven by a "can-do" attitude.
She is passionate about finding the best solutions for both buyers and sellers and has a proven track record of delivering outstanding results in a competitive market; and has sold over 500 residential properties throughout her career.
As an active member of the local Indian community, where she utilises her public speaking and client handling skills to build relationships and promote the estate.
Outside of this, Prashansa is a proud mother of two, and balances her professional and personal life with grace.

Annelies has over 13 years of marketing experience, specialising in property across various asset classes for the past 9 years.
She is experienced in leading and delivering projects, generating leads, creating brand campaigns, and working with national and international brand ambassadors. Her projects have consistently delivered multi-million-dollar outcomes, cementing her reputation as a results-driven marketing professional.
Annelies has extensive experience in built form and off-the-plan projects and has worked on some of Victoria’s most renowned masterplanned communities and mixed-use projects. She completed her Bachelor of Communication (Advertising) and Bachelor of Tourism at Monash University.

Bella is a real state professional with a vibrant personality and a true passion for helping people achieve their property dreams.
She started her career in a small country town before making the move to Melbourne, gaining experience in both regional and city property markets.
Bella loves working with people—whether it’s helping someone find their first home, land a dream investment, or navigate tricky property transactions. She’s all about making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
She completed Bachelor of Hospitality and Tourism Management and an Advanced Diploma in Business.
When she’s not working, you’ll often find Bella exploring her creative side through interior design, finding inspiration in new styles and ideas.

Sameer is all about building strong relationships and creating opportunities. With a background in business development and analysis, he’s worked across different industries, always looking for ways to drive growth and make meaningful connections.
He started out in the risk and technology space, first at a risk education-tech firm in business development, then as a business analyst at a boutique risk consulting firm. His curiosity for technology and strategy led him to pursue a Master of Information Systems at the University of Melbourne while juggling a role in business development and operations at an Australian IT company.
Now at SalesxWise, Sameer brings his unique mix of analytical thinking and people-first approach to the property sector. He’s passionate about finding new ways to collaborate, connect, and create value in every partnership.

ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
Anushka is an Administrative Officer at SalesxWise, supporting key operational processes in a fast-paced environment. With a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic, she approaches each task with diligence to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Currently pursuing an Honours Bachelor's degree in Property Development, Investment, and Valuation at RMIT University, Anushka is eager to apply her academic knowledge to real-world industry practices. As she begins her career in property development, she is keen to learn from experienced professionals and grow both personally and professionally.
A recent graduate of Santa Sabina College in Sydney, Anushka brings a strong sense of teamwork and dedication, shaped by her background as a representative volleyball player, competing in multiple tournaments across New South Wales. She is excited to develop her skills and build a solid foundation in the industry.
