Celebrating International Women’s Day
Today is International Women’s Day, a time to celebrate the achievements of women worldwide and recognise the strength, diversity, and perspectives they bring to every aspect of life—including our own team at SalesxWise.
Yesterday, we came together to mark this occasion and reflect on the growing presence of women across the xWise Group. Over scones, homemade carrot cake, and coffee, we took a moment to appreciate the invaluable contributions of the women in our team and the role they play in shaping our success.

A Photograph Says A Thousand Words
In February 2024, Paynes Road, a major arterial road at the front of Thornhill Gardens residential subdivision, was closed to traffic to allow for major upgrades and associated works.
Throughout the year, our dedicated team has worked tirelessly to deliver key infrastructure for the growing Thornhill Park and Rockbank communities. The works involved not only an upgrade of the road itself, but also the delivery of the following key infrastructure:
An 8-meter-deep branch sewer
6-meter-deep drainage works
Trunk water services
Gas, electrical and telecommunications infrastructure under the railway crossing via boring
We are proud to announce that Paynes Road will officially reopen to residents and the public by 31 December.
Thank you to our entire team, consultants and contractors for their unwavering efforts to deliver this significant milestone.

How Thornhill Gardens is offering Melbourne buyers next-generation community living.
The next stage of The Thornhill Gardens has been released, giving buyers a chance to build their dream home in this popular growth corridor.
For buyers seeking the perfect block of land, the latest release at The Thornhill Gardens in Northwestern Melbourne has hit the market. The development, in the suburb of Thornhill Park, has already sold around 200 of its 919 lots, with another 45 now for sale, setting the scene for a vibrant new community.
“This is a very attractive area and price point for first home buyers, investors and builders,” says Akash Ahluwalia, director, LandxWise and NB EYE Land.
A variety of block sizes are available starting from just $207,000, with options suitable for building small townhouses through to large, lifestyle homes.
“One of the key attraction points in this estate is the lifestyle lots, which are around 400sqm +. We’ve seen excellent demand from young families looking to build their first or second home at an affordable price-point on these lots,” Ahluwalia says.
Community and convenience
Buyers at The Thornhill Gardens will benefit from the community and convenience that comes from being surrounded by extensive parks, gardens and planned local schools, amenieites and transportation links.
Rockbank and Cobblebank train stations are only a short drive in each direction from the estate, which are on a direct line into Southern Cross Station in the CBD, taking around 30 minutes. In addition, an even more convenient new train station, Thornhill Park, has been proposed.
“When people buy here, they will be very close to the proposed Thornhill Park train station, the $1b Melton Hospital (under construction and due to be finished by 2029) and the planned Thornhill town centre. It will be a very convenient place to live in the future years,” Ahluwalia says.

The Thornhill Gardens community has grown tremendously over the past year.
It all begins with an idea. The Thornhill Gardens community has grown tremendously over the past year, with Stages 1, 2, and 3 selling out quickly and construction now having commenced on Stages 1 and 2 in mid-2023.
Building on the success of previous releases, Stage 4A has now been unveiled, featuring 30 exceptional land lots starting at $290k. This presents an outstanding opportunity for both homeowners and investors to own their own piece of land within this highly desirable community, complete with established amenities and an array of proposed amenities nearby. With each stage of development, Thornhill Gardens will become an even more desirable place to live or invest, creating a strong sense of community and contributing positively to the overall local area.
Once complete in mid-2027, approximately 3,000 residents will call this flourishing community their home.
